By visiting this site or purchasing a work, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

These terms govern all use of the site and all purchases made through it.

The Work

All works offered are original fine art photographic prints created by Igor Menaker.

Each print is produced in limited editions unless otherwise stated.
Sizes, materials, and framing details are specified on each product page.

Because each piece is produced to order, slight variations may occur. These do not constitute defects.

Orders

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • You understand the specifications of the work you are purchasing

An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance. I reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at my discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its integrated payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal).

Full payment is required before production begins.

Production and Delivery

Each work is printed and framed to order.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided on the website. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping timelines may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, and customs procedures for international orders.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon confirmed delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of the work, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify me within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs of the packaging and the artwork

Approved claims will result in replacement or refund at my discretion.

Intellectual Property

All images, photographs, text, and design elements on this site are the intellectual property of Igor Menaker.

No image may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

Purchase of a print does not transfer copyright.

Site Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with site security
  • Reproduce or exploit any part of the site without permission

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or purchase of any work.

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the artwork in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
