NBC Tower

NBC Tower is an enigma.

It has a bigger brother, 30 Rockefeller Plaza in New York which hosts NBS studios as well. 30 Rock is famous and busy. There is the Today Show’s studio behind the glass on the corner where you can see the show broadcasting live. There is a world famous ice skating rink across the street. 30 Rock has an iconic open observation deck where you can see all New York from above.

NBC Tower in Chicago has none of it. It is quiet, almost deserted. No studio behind the glass, no observation deck. Just a lonely taxi standing by the entrance.

Chicago as the second city. Half the size. Half the fun.

At least Chicago has The Second City.
